御堂紺衣は祓われたい

Synopsis

Midou, an earthbound spirit, has been extremely annoyed that a public bathroom got built on the spot where he dwells. One day, as he's fuming inside the men's room, a beautiful woman appears who is capable of seeing Midou. Except it turns out this beauty is actually a man, and, what's more, a spiritualist who's been hired to exorcise Midou...!? (Source: Kadokawa, translated)
